Elstree Aerodrome Cabair Flying Schools: Position: Training Advisor Salary: Competitive plus bonuses: Cabair are one of the foremost providers of commercial and private pilot training and has flying schools in the UK, Spain, the USA and Canada. Our Pilot’s Advice Centre is based at Elstree Aerodrome, home of London School of Flying, and deals with the sales of private pilot lessons – from introductory flights through to a full private pilot licence (PPL) and additional ratings. We are looking to expand the centre so that we can both increase our share of the market and develop and help to continue the delivery of the outstanding customer service for which we are known. The Pilot’s Advice Centre currently supports 8 UK based training centres mostly located around the London Orbital. From day one you will be helping aspiring pilot’s of all ages in their quest to learn to fly. It will be your job to develop and maintain a successful customer relationship during and after their training with Cabair. Aviation experience is not obligatory as training will be given, though we think it important you are interested in the industry. Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service is also preferred.
