Flybe first introduced their sponsorship scheme in 1995, choosing Cabair College of Air Training (CCAT) as their Training Provider. Over 50 pilots have benefited as a result of the Airline’s initial support and excellent career structure, with several now promoted to Captain.

A career as a flying instructor is a very rewarding one - allowing you to fly for a living while imparting your knowledge, experience and skills for the benefit of others. When instructing for Cabair, you will be working for Europe’s largest independent groups of aviation companies with a worldwide reputation for quality training, and one of the major suppliers of First Officers to the airline industry. From time to time, we obviously need to employ fresh new JAR PPL instructors for our nine PPL schools at Cranfield, Biggin Hill, Blackbushe, Bournemouth, Denham, Elstree, Rochester, Wellesbourne and Wycombe. We have created a range of Programmes which have different options to suit various individual circumstances - some fully and some part-sponsored.

However, at this moment in time, NO schemes are being run - but watch this space for any changes!
