The European Pilot Training Academy at Bournemouth has an excellent reputation for full-time ATPL ground school. If you attend EPTA you can be assured of gaining a good pass in your JAR examinations.

The 14 subjects are completed over 27 weeks (650 hours of tuition) and are
split into 3 phases as shown.

Each phase lasts 7/8 weeks and is followed by JAR-FCL examinations at a CAA test centre of your choice. Included in the price is ‘Week 0’ - a 1 week induction course covering maths, physics, radio theory and anything else that might help you through the trauma of the next few weeks!
